VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panels) Checker
HC-120
HC-120 is used to check the performance of vacuum insulators by measuring the thermal conductivity in a short time. Until now, it takes more than 1 hour to measure the thermal conductivity of 1 sample, but HC-120 need only about 5 minutes. It shorten the production time of VIP drastically.
 



Measurement conditions

Room temperature should be kept at the fixed level under 23 °C
Humidity should be kept at the fixed level under 40%
Install the equipment at the stable place without any vibration.
Keep away from wind of air conditioner.
Keep away from dust.
Keep away from the equipment, which emit high voltage.
Keep away from electromagnetic field noise in the measurement area.
